How delivery works
We document the decisions, users, data sources, KPIs, security needs, and success criteria.
We create the model and report, review it with your team, and validate calculations against trusted results.
The solution is published in your workspace and connected using client-controlled credentials and refresh settings.
We deliver the source, documentation, training, and support plan so your team is not dependent on us.
Written project agreement
Yes—a signed contract should be part of every client engagement. It protects the client, protects IngoAnalytics, and turns verbal expectations into an agreed project plan.
The final agreement should be reviewed by a qualified attorney for your business, location, and services. Website descriptions are not a substitute for the signed agreement.
The dashboards, pages, data sources, KPIs, documentation, training, and support included in the project.
The client provides approved, least-privilege access. Passwords and administrator credentials are never requested by email.
How business information is handled, who may access it, permitted uses, and when working copies are deleted.
The client owns the final paid deliverables and remains responsible for Microsoft licensing and source-system access.
Milestones, client review periods, required feedback, and responsibilities that can affect delivery dates.
The number of included revisions and how out-of-scope requests are estimated and approved.
Project price, deposit, milestone payments, due dates, expenses, and the conditions for final handoff.
The included post-launch period, response expectations, exclusions, and optional ongoing support.
After launch
Every project includes a written post-launch support period. After that period, the client can operate the solution independently or choose an ongoing support plan.
